# เริ่มต้นใช้งาน workD

**ระบบการสื่อสารแบบรวมศูนย์ (Unified Communication: UC) หรือ&#x20;**<mark style="color:blue;">**workD Platform**</mark> คือระบบที่ใช้ติดต่อสื่อสารภายในหน่วยงานภาครัฐแบบรวมศูนย์บนแพลตฟอร์มเดียวกัน ที่ช่วยให้เจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐสามารถทำงานร่วมกันได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ปลอดภัย และสนับสนุนการทำงานแบบ Hybrid Working แม้อยู่ต่างสถานที่กันก็สามารถเชื่อมต่อและทำงานร่วมกันได้&#x20;

สพร. ปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการให้บริการเป็นระบบแบบรวมศูนย์ (workD Platform) โดยให้บริการระบบหลัก ดังนี้

* ระบบ MailGoThai เปลี่ยนเป็นระบบ **workD Mail** (Microsoft Exchange)
* ระบบ G Chat เปลี่ยนเป็นระบบ **workD Chat** (Microsoft Teams)
* ระบบการประชุม GIN Conference เปลี่ยนเป็นระบบ **workD Meet** ประชุมทั่วไป (Microsoft Teams) และระบบ workD Meet+ ประชุมลับ (Skype for business)

ใช้งานผ่าน URL: [https://workd.go.th ](https://workd.go.th)**กำหนดการใช้งาน workD ในวันจันทร์ที่ 19 ธันวาคม เวลา 08.30 น.**  ผู้ใช้งานที่ได้รับสิทธิ์จะสามารถลงชื่อเข้าใช้งานได้ตามขั้นตอนตามคู่มือในหัวข้อ [คู่มือการใช้งาน workD](/workd/start/spec.md) ที่จะแจ้งให้ทราบต่อไป&#x20;
